To access the full range of panalobet services, you must register a personal account. The following rules govern account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one panalobet account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and a working email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. panalobet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Account Verification (KYC): panalobet may require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) procedures at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys ID, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Non-Transferability: Your panalobet account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.

panalobet reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

All financial transactions on panalobet are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits: panalobet accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other approved payment methods as listed on the platform. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. Deposits are generally credited to your panalobet account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. panalobet is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

Dormant Accounts: Accounts that have been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. panalobet reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormant account policy, which will be communicated to affected users via their registered email address.

panalobet offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. panalobet reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.

• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.

panalobet's decision on all bonus-related matters is final and binding. Players who disagree with a bonus-related decision may contact our support team, but panalobet's determination shall be conclusive.

The following general rules apply to all bets placed on the panalobet platform. Game-specific rules are available within each game or game category on the platform.

• All bets are final once confirmed. panalobet does not accept requests to cancel or modify confirmed bets, except where expressly permitted by the rules of a specific game or event.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or system error that affects the outcome of a game or bet, panalobet reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts.
• panalobet uses certified random number generators (RNGs) for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by human dealers in real time.
• Winnings are credited to your panalobet account balance upon settlement of the relevant game or event.
• panalobet reserves the right to void any bet that it reasonably believes was placed in violation of these Terms, including bets placed using funds obtained through fraudulent means.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the panalobet platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in legal action:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are void and must be returned.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime using the panalobet platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the panalobet platform or its underlying software.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing panalobet staff or other players.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions or to disguise your true location.

All content on the panalobet platform — including but not limited to the panalobet name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the platform — is the exclusive property of panalobet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the panalobet platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any panalobet content without prior written consent.
• Use any panalobet trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner without prior written consent.
• Create derivative works based on panalobet content.
• Use panalobet content for any commercial purpose.

Any unauthorized use of panalobet's intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property laws, for which panalobet reserves all legal remedies.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, panalobet, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the panalobet platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical malfunctions, system errors, or interruptions in service.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.

panalobet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your panalobet account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude panalobet's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
